Support: What are Agreements

An Agreement on OpiSafe is the pain management agreement that your care provider requires you sign in order to receive care and prescription therapy that includes an opioid. You may be required to complete certain responsibilities in addition to interacting with OpiSafe, like only going to one prescriber
for pain medication, agreeing to keep your pain medications in a safe place and keeping scheduled appointments, etc.

Your agreements may contain a compliance percentage. This means you must complete a percentage of your assigned OpiSafe tasks.

Your care provider may also require that you complete periodic reviews of your pain management agreement.
