Support: Logging In
There are a couple of reasons you might not be able to login. We will explain the most common reasons below.
-
Your Account is Not Active
When your provider enters your information into OpiSafe, an activation email is sent to the email address that your provider has on file for you. Within this email is a link to activate your account. You must open this activation link before you can login. If you have not received this activation email, please check your spam/junk folder for this email. Find your activation here.
-
The Email Address is Incorrect
The most common issue with logging in to OpiSafe is entering incorrect login credentials. Please make sure the email address you use to login is the same as the email address where you receive messages from OpiSafe.
-
You Entered the Wrong Password
If the email address entered is correct and you have activated your account, then it is probably an incorrect password that is causing the issue. If you have forgotten your password and need to reset it, please click on the 'Forgot Password' button below.
