Support: Your Monthly Details

Your Required Rating is a percentage of tasks assigned to you by your provider that you are expected to complete during the month. This percentage of compliance is part of your pain management agreement with your provider.

Your Current Rating is the percentage of assigned tasks completed during the current month. This rating is based on all tasks assigned during the month up until the current day. Due to this, the current rating will fluxuate over time.

Tasks Available is the total number of assigned tasks to you that have not been completed and have not expired.

Tasks Completed is the total number of tasks that you have completed during the current month.
